Arcana Arcanae operates on a print-on-demand basis. This means that all items are custom-made to order. Therefore, once an order has been sent to production, it cannot be refunded whatsoever, except in the following circumstances:

  • Errors on Our Side: If we make an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., wrong item, size, or design).
  • Damaged Items: If the item you receive is damaged during shipping.

We understand that this policy may seem strict, but due to the personalized nature of our products and the production process involved, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for reasons other than those stated above. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

2. Terms of Agreement – Copyright Concerns

We strive to ensure that the designs and products offered on our website do not infringe on any copyrights. However, due to the nature of creative works involving AI, there may be instances where an item is perceived as similar to a copyrighted work.
